I finally heard it. I’m thinking it’ll have to grow on me. It’s good, don’t mistake me, but it doesn’t grab me like “Hung Up” or even “Music” have on first listen.
This song totally had me on first listen.. very fresh and new sounding..and it has an awesome hook…. A group of us at worked listened and our age ranges are from 17 to 45 and the majority of us thought it was good on first listen. (we all agreed the collaboration w/ Justin and Timbaland made the song)
I preordered the album.. I hope the whole album is as good as this first release! Madonna’s going to prove her critics wrong again.. she has staying power…
Justin is saying: “Keep it up, keep it up / Don’t be a prima donna” (literally, “don’t be a pri(hey)ma donna”
And the “gotta get in line, hop” I think is wrong. Sounds to me like “you gotta get it while…hot” dropping the expected “it’s”. not totally sure about that thhough.
that’s right, keep it up keep it up..don’t be a pri madonna
you gotta get in line, hop
SOUNDS TO ME LIKE:
that’s right, keep it up keep it up..don’t be a pri madonna
you gotta get em a hop
ANYWAY IT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE TO ME THE PRIMA DONNA PART…AND I’M SURE IT SAYS ”HOP” CAUSE AT THE LAST PART THEY SAY IT VERY CLEAR.. LIKE ”HOPPPP” HAHA…I HOPE HARD CANDY’S BOOKLET HAVE THE LYRICS..
It says “Keep it up, Keep it up, Don’t be a pri *hey* ma donna” It is a play on words actually saying dont be a prima donna, but they are making it sound like it says Madonna’s name. Duh! And it is the road to hell not heaven. (She points down in the video)
Its not grab ” your girl ” its grab ” a girl ” trust me i know ive heard and listened to the song closely for the correct lyrics for this song cause i love it it rocks and madonna looks good for 49 on 50 this year august 16, 1958 just to let you know!
It’s
Madonna: The road to HELL is paved with good intentions, yeah
NOT:
Madonna: The road to heaven, paved with good intentions, yeah
Great song, great words!

THIS PART IS NOT RIGHT:
Justin: But if I got a night
At least I can say I did what I wanted to do
Tell me, how bout you?
ACTUALLY HE SAYS:
Justin: But if I DIE TONIGHT
At least I can say I did what I wanted to do
Tell me, how bout you?
